Xiao Bai Cai (⼩⽩菜)
Xiao Bai Cai is widely used in stir-fries with oyster sauce and garlic or boiled. It has a pleasant aftertaste and a mild flavour. Both leaves and stalks can be cooked. It is best to separate them before washing so that they can be fully cleaned before cooking or consumption. It's high in Vitamin A and C, like most leafy greens.
