Bambusa vulgaris 'Wamin' (Buddha's Belly Bamboo) is a unique, clumping bamboo known for its swollen, bulging internodes that resemble a Buddha’s belly. It typically grows 10–15 feet tall with a dense, upright habit, making it an excellent ornamental plant for gardens, patios, or as a privacy screen. This tropical bamboo has bright green culms and thrives in warm climates.
