This Monstera obliqua is a much rarer species than M. deliciosa. It has long ovate leaves - smaller than its cousin - which are not lobed and incised, but entire on the margin and perforated on either side of the midrib, usually ellipsoid - hence the 'window-leaf' name. It is a tropical houseplant with distinctive holes and notches in the leaves.
