Euphorbia lactea ‘Cristata Variegata’ is a rare and highly ornamental crested succulent form of Euphorbia lactea. It is prized for its unusual fan-shaped, wavy growth combined with striking variegation patterns, making each plant unique and highly collectible.
Instead of growing in a normal upright column, this crested form develops flattened, ruffled ridges that create sculptural, coral-like structures. The variegation produces irregular patterns across the crests, enhancing its visual contrast and artistic appearance. Like other Euphorbias, it contains a milky latex sap when cut.
This plant thrives in warm, bright environments and is highly drought tolerant. It is widely used as a premium feature plant in succulent collections, modern interiors, and ornamental landscaping due to its dramatic and artistic form.
