Alocasia reginula is beautiful foliage plant that while established in cultivation under the name Alocasia 'Black Velvet' has only very recently been discovered in the wild, in Borneo. It ideal for growing indoors because it grows slowly and keeps small. The dark, almost black leaves, adorned with brilliant silvery-white veins and velvety look make for an unmistakably beautiful sight.

Sunlight: Semi-Shade

Water: Water when soil feels dry to the touch, do not over-water.

Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or sprinkling solid fertiliser over the soil.
