Arachnothryx is a genus of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae. It contains about 107 species. It is found from Mexico to Peru and in Trinidad. Flowers are most fragrant after sunset. It would be compatible with other flowering shrubs that are most fragrant during the day, It is ideal for butterfly gardens as a nectar plant.
