Zamioculcas zamiifolia or ZZ plant is know as the money plant. In Chinese 金钱树 (jīn qián shù) or 'gold coin tree' as its dark green round leaves are neatly arranged on opposite sides of a long petiole which looks like a string of ancient Chinese coins. It is also used extensively to decorate in shops, offices and homes to attract wealth luck.

 

 

Plant Care

  • Sunlight: Semi-Shade 
  • Water: Water when the soil feels dry to the touch, do not over-water.
  • Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or sprinkling solid fertiliser over the soil.
  • Plant Size: Approx. 40cm (vary in sizes)
